Preparation
The rules are simple
and kept for a reason.
Hair that is well prepared produces a better result. These rules protect the work and your time.

Hair is prepared before your appointment.
- 02
Preparation starts 24–48 hours before your session.
- 03
Once preparation begins, the hair cannot be refunded.
- 04
If plans change, the hair can be shipped to you or kept until your next appointment.
- 05
Payment confirms commitment on both sides.
Appointments
Appointments are limited
and handled in order.
Booking & Deposits
- 01
£20 deposit required to confirm your booking (£30 on weekends).
- 02
The deposit goes toward the cost of your service.
- 03
No deposit means no booking. The slot is not held.
- 04
4 days' notice is required to reschedule without penalty.
- 05
No refunds for late changes or missed appointments.
- 06
20-minute grace period. Delays beyond this may cost extra.
Come Prepared

Hair should be blow-dried before your appointment.
- 02
Extensions can be dropped off in advance if that is easier.

Payments are cash only.
